Sevakendra Farmers’ Club
S&C Solar has formed Sevakendra Farmers’ Club to aggravate the socio-economic condition of the rural areas by making the farmers economically stable. This club provides training to farmers for advance farming with proper lesson on usage of fertilizers and multi-cropping facilities with minimal usage of water. We provide non-chemical fertilizers at lower price to farmers than the market rate. Through connection with the national and international market, we introduce the farmers into the expanded market to multiply the opportunities of selling crops and other agri items to earn more.
Training on Renewable Energy Products
S&C provides training facilities on the manufacturing, installation and service of renewable energy products to the youth.
Vocational Training
In several colleges S&C gives vocational training to the students to inspire them on entrepreneurial approach and benefits in the renewable energy market.

Sevakendra Kolkata
S&C Solar Solution is associated with Sevakendra Calcutta where to empower the underprivileged we organize development programs, community welfare services. With S&C, Sevakendra Calcutta has taken up project son Solar renewable energy which is a viable step towards seeking alternative energy solutions to address the most pressing problem of lack of electricity in villages. Introducing solar lanterns in place of kerosene lamps has ushered in a new era of development in these villages. Children who earlier studied under the little light of kerosene lamps inhaling toxic fumes thus risking their health can now study effectively under the bright and clean light of solar lanterns. It has also opened up new avenues for youth employment by skill based training to assemble these solar lanterns. This project will indeed play a promising role in improving the social lives of the people in these villages.
